Commissioned by Spinal Cord Injury Ontario (SCIO) directly in 2018 as a support resource for their Peer Connections Program, MFP handled the process of collecting monthly in-person meeting details from the fourteen peer support group leads across Ontario, posting the events to the SCIO Blackbaud database, creating website event posts and PDFs, and sending out emails via Blackbaud to the unique groups.. Being highly process and solution oriented, we worked together to create an updated system to track events, support materials and email deployments. Other work for SCIO continued including assisting with theme and plugin customizations across their many web properties, custom code solutions for the advocacy program, creation of video promos for events, and web hosting and cybersecurity support.
